The Voice of Granbury
The Voice of Granbury is a singing competition where the audience members get the chance to vote for their favorite singer and crown the next “voice of Granbury”!
The event is hosted annually at Granbury Live on the square in Granbury, TX. All proceeds from the event are used to fund our initiatives, students scholarships, and service projects.

Firecracker 5k
The Lake Granbury Kiwanis Club Firecracker 5K is a 5K race that takes place every year on the morning of July 4. Medals and awards are given immediately following conclusion of 5K.
The race course is fast and flat, and has been certified by USA Track & Field (USATF) as an official 5K distance. The USATF certification is TX14071ETM.
All proceeds from the race are used to fund our initiatives, students scholarships, and service projects.

Food Drive
Every year, our club hosts a food drive in the Granbury square to collect non-perishable food items. All food donations are donated to various food pantries around Hood County with the goal of improving food access for families and children in our communities.
First Responders Luncheon
Every October, our club provides free lunches for first responders and medical workers in Hood County. This tradition is one way that we say “thank you” to the women and men that keep our communities safe and healthy.
TX-OK Kiwanis District Convention
The Lake Granbury Kiwanis Club is the host of the 2023 Texas Oklahoma Kiwanis District Convention.
The convention is August 3-6, 2023 in Granbury, TX. Hotel and event registration will begin in March of 2023.
